About The Harvest Studio Tracks

  These studio tracks are a treasure indeed.It's hard to explain to people out there how rare & exclusive these studio tracks really are,but I'll try my best to explain. Back in the 1970's I was in a band "Harvest" along with bandmates Mike Anderson & Bob Speckmeyer signed under legendary producer Robert "Bumps" Blackwell who produced/managed such artist as Sam Cooke & Little Richard. We had two sets of studio recording tracks with Bumps,and in the 1980's when Bumps passed away it is rumored that Littlt Richard, yes the Little Richard of fame went to Bumps's house the next day taking all the 2 inch masters Bumps had in his house but this has never been proven.Anyway thank God we had a 1/4 inch reel to reel tape of all the Harvest ref. studio recording tracks that were transfered from analog to digital in 2007. I decided to keep the tracks for online distribution for the most part as they are with just alittle bit of mastering where needed.Not all the tracks are worthy for distribution,so I went through a process for those that are. Also I would like to mention that  the Dream Man Single is now available on iTunes & amazonmp3 from the second recording sessions in L.A. 1975, and it's possible there could be another Harvest EP in the future with lead guitar added by bandmate Bob Speckmeyer, keeping it original & true for that time/era of those recording tracks.
