There are three spiritual songs in this medley about going to heaven that mean very much to me. The first, “This World Is Not My Home,” was written in the early 1900’s. The second, “By and By,” was written in the later 1900’s. The third, “Will the Circle Be Unbroken,” was written, I believe, in the 1930’s.

All three of these songs express the supreme hope of every believer in Jesus, the Holy Christ, the Savior and Lord of All, that we will worship Him in heaven forever and forever.

He is the Way, the Truth and the Life. Christ told us in the Book of John, His Holy Word, that He has gone to heaven before us and prepared a place for us. Because we believe in Him, we will see Him face to face one day, and live in eternal peace forever and forever with Him. In that glorious place, all of the redeemed in Jesus Christ, even our Lord God Almighty, will rejoice and worship Him forever.
